Personally appearing before me on September 9, 1999, E. LESTINA, DDA, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: That at and within the above County and State, the
defendant(s) hereinbefore names violated the law as follows:
COUNT 1: On or about June 7, 1999, ALLISON ELIZABETH FARSON, in violation of Section 187 of the Penal Code (MURDER), a FELONY, did willfully,
unlawfully and with malice aforethought murder JOHN DOE, a human being.
COUNT 2: On or about June 5, 1999, ALLISON ELIZABETH FARSON, in violation of Section 187 of the Penal Code (MURDER), a FELONY, did
willfully, unlawfully and with malice of aforethought murder SABRINA DIETRICH, a human being.
COUNT 3: On or about June 7, 1999, ALLISON ELIZABETH FARSON, in violation of Section 187 of the Penal Code
(MURDER), a FELONY, did willfully, unlawfully and with malice of aforethought murder CAROL HILLIARD, a human being.
COUNT 4: On or about June 8, 1999, ALLISON ELIZABETH FARSON, in violation of Section 187
of the Penal Code (MURDER), a FELONY, did willfully, unlawfully and with malice of aforethought murder KATIE MOSS, a human being.
COUNT 5: On or about June 8, 1999, ALLISON ELIZABETH FARSON, in violation
of Section 187 of the Penal Code (MURDER), a FELONY, did willfully, unlawfully and with malice of aforethought murder KRISTIN BRENNAN, a human being.
COUNT 6: On or about June 8, 1999, ALLISON ELIZABETH
FARSON, in violation of Section 187 of the Penal Code (MURDER), a FELONY, did willfully, unlawfully and with malice of aforethought murder REX MARTIN, a human being.
COUNT 7: On or about June 9, 1999,
ALLISON ELIZABETH FARSON, in violation of Section 187 of the Penal Code (MURDER), a FELONY, did willfully, unlawfully and with malice of aforethought murder ALFRED JOHNSON, a human being.
It is further
alleged that the above offenses are serious Felonies within the meaning of Penal Code Section 1192.7(c) (1).
Wherefore, and based upon the declaration and reports attached, and incorporated by reference
herewith, said complainant prays that a warrant may be issued for the arrest of the defendant(s) herein named and that said defendant(s) be dealt with according to law.
