Since the beginning of this series of murders and the subsequent investigation, it is the feeling of the management at ShadowMan Entertainment and the media in general that all information on this case has
not been forthcoming. Evidence strongly leads to mistakes made at the crime scene and issues of police harassment and censorship popping up.Information from undisclosed sources ( these sources will be
identified in upcoming court appearances ) has indicated the following details that we believe to be true.
The police had been called to the Farson residence on a number of occassions. However, either
reports were not filed or the charges and investigation were dropped. Bob Farson is known to be very wealthy and some reporters have suggested that "the right people were paid off". ShadowMan Entertainment
lawyers have made it clear we cannot make this allegation or confirm its authenticity.
ShadowMan Entertainment has been censored and harassed since this story broke open and the decision was made to air
the footage. The case itself has caused a great deal of discomfort for the police investigators and the associated adverse publicity has in their view "hinderered a police investigation".
The view of the
director of the Joint InterAgency Task Force, Edward O'Hagan, has been that this website and the film footage has caused the various departments involved a great deal of embarrassment. They also feel the
film ( due to be released in Dec 1999 or early January 2000 ) will bring a great deal of media attention to the case.
Additional information has revealed that Robert Lambert, president of ShadowMan
Entertainment, has been harassed and "shaken down" by various officers associated with the case. Five times in the past 2 weeks, Mr. Lambert has been pulled over for minor traffic infractions by both the
LAPD and the Orange County Sheriff's office. ShadowMan's office manager, Robert O'Connor, has been brought in regarding his use of telecommunications equipment. As well, Mr Lambert's wife (we have removed
her name to protect er privacy ) has been arrested for loitering at the Los Angeles Airport ( LAX). Attorneys representing both Mr. Lambert and his company are assembling a civil suit and will be
meeting with court officials in the coming week.
More details on this will follow in the coming weeks as the case progresses.
