Witness Statement: Robert (Rob) Horner

Rob Horner was the boyfriend of Kathryn (Katie) Moss. He was at the Monarch Beach Mall and a witness to the harassment and murder of Moss, which ShadowMan Entertainment has on video in their possession. Horner left the scene shortly after the murder and was located by the Orange County authorities the following morning.

Horner submitted the following statement. Detective Delima is preparing a follow-up investigation.

STATEMENT:

We were hanging out at the mall, you know, just sort of watching everyone when that woman, that Ally Farson, came up to Katie and starting shoving her around. I had Katie's arm, and Ally just shoved Katie right out of my arms. I went to push Ally back, but she just moved so quick I couldn't touch her and she was screaming something about how she was so tired of these bitches shooting her the bird. I didn't see Katie shoot her the bird, you know? Like, we were just hanging out. I started yelling back at Ally that she was the bitch, you know? Not Katie. And the whole time this jerkwad was filming this thing behind Ally. I mean, it was like I didn't know if this whole thing was real or not.

Katie just got her shit together real fast and started yelling back at Ally. Yeah. Before you know it, both of them are going at it, out in front of the mall, tearing each other's hair and hitting and kicking each other. Kind of wild to watch, you know? I mean, there was all these folks watching. No, I didn't do anything else. Why? Well, I just didn't do anything else. It wasn't real. It still just isn't real.

Next thing I know, Ally's got this long bit of phone cord, and she's strangling the hell out of Katie. Shit, man, I didn't know what to do. Next thing I know after that, Katie's on the ground, tongue hanging out. Really looking bad. And then, after that, I just remember Ally chasing Kristin back into the mall with that shithead and his camera chasing after them. God, man. Katie was dead. Really dead, you know?

I just stood there. Yeah. Didn't want to touch the bitch, man. Like, she was really dead. I'm not going to touch no dead bitch. Uh-uh. Not me.
