Witness Statement: Theresa (Tootie) Winters Winters owned a
blue Ford, which was parked outside the Monarch Beach Mini-Mall. She was, perhaps, one of the first witnesses to realize that this scene was not being shot for a G rating. View Statement Others to have been seen in the area and at the mall at the time of the triple

Church was the Security Guard at the Monarch Beach Mall. He may have been the only person who witnessed all three murders
that night. His whereabouts at this time are unknown. He has not returned to work since that night, and he has not been to his apartment in Santa Monica. He was last seen in his security uniform.
Jim Rosenthal Rosenthal was noted to be seen alone with Moss and
Brennan the afternoon before they were murdered. Rosenthal reportedly lives in Juneau, Alaska and has a daughter who is a real estate agent in Monarch Beach.
