Horner, Moss' boyfriend, disappears from the scene, but he is found at the golf course in Monarch Beach the next morning, where a brief statement was obtained and filed by Orange County authorities.

Witness Statement: Mark Allen Miezwa

Miezwa, Brennan's boyfriend, stays at the scene and is witness to the murders of Brennan and Moss. Preliminary statement made at scene by Orange County authorities. View Statement

Witness Statement: Theresa (Tootie) Winters

Winters owned a blue Ford, which was parked outside the Monarch Beach Mini-Mall. She was, perhaps, one of the first witnesses to realize that this scene was not being shot for a G rating.

Frank Lee Church

Church was the Security Guard at the Monarch Beach Mall. He may have been the only person who witnessed all three murders that night. His whereabouts at this time are unknown. He has not returned to work since that night, and he has not been to his apartment in Santa Monica. He was last seen in his security uniform.

Jim Rosenthal

Rosenthal was noted to be seen alone with Moss and Brennan the afternoon before they were murdered. Rosenthal reportedly lives in Juneau, Alaska and has a daughter who is a real estate agent in Monarch Beach.
