Witness Statement: Theresa (Tootie) Winters

Winters owns a blue Ford which was parked outside the rear entrance to the Monarch Beach Mini-Mall. She was just leaving the mall after making several purchases, which she was packing in her trunk when Ally Farson chased Kristin Brennan out of the mall into the parking lot.

Winters submitted the following short statement, and then was reportedly taken to the hospital for a check-up and for possible sedation. The statement was made by Winters just after she was found parked in the ditch on the road by the mini-mall.

STATEMENT:

Oh, my god! My God! I'm so sorry! I didn't know that was real blood! Oh, I'll never get this off me! No, (notes blurred)…

I was just going to go home. Really. And these people came out and there was all kinds of yelling and this woman fell on my car and there was blood everywhere and I was so pissed! They got this fake blood all over my car and I was so pissed! But it wasn't fake! Oh my God!

I thought it was, really. I went to wipe it off the car, and I was so pissed, I was yelling at them to get away from my car and I kicked this woman on the ground and she was dead, oh, geez, she was really dead. It was real blood. Oh my god.
